No pain from sciatica for 5 years, relief from sciatica pain since June 2012.
What I finally realized, is that by lying on my back, I was pushing the spinal disc problem into my spinal column, and causing great pain.
The solution was to lie on my stomach and push the spinal disc the opposite direction.
I minimized the amount of time lying on my back in June of 2012, it is now 2017, and I can say, my sciatica is in remission.
I WAS SLEEPING, WATCHING TV ON MY STOMACH FOR 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE PAIN STOPPED.
